I 1st a beliver in Jesus Christ, a wife, mom of 4 (soon to be 5) & dance coach dedicated to putting Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior first in all that I do. My mission is to impact both the physical and internal aspects of life through dance. By selecting a team who embodies these values, we provide exceptional training in a nurturing environment, striving to uplift and empower each students growth in spirit and as a dancer.

Vanessa McNutt, began her dance training in 1991 under Rhonda and Patsy, studying both the Cecchetti method and the Royal Academy of Dance method. She continued her studies throughout the years and, in 2001, began teaching. By 2007, she had taken on studio management and co-producing responsibilities, and in 2021 she became the full owner of the studio.
Vanessa has trained in New York City, Traverse City, Detroit, and Las Vegas, as well as through private instruction and numerous local conventions. In 2016, she launched the studio’s first competition team, which has since earned multiple first-place awards, overall placements, title dancers, and choreography awards.

- Patsy Watsons School of Dance opened on Cedar Street in 1951 and is one of the first studios in Lansing and has given the foundation to most studios around the City of Lansing and Look forward to teaching this generation of dancers!
